We celebrate 14 years in 2024, starting from humble beginnings with a small show with friends, the CumbriaVAG Show & Shine Festival has evolved into one of the most anticipated weekends on the VW circuit, we combine an eclectic mix of music with one of the best-attended shows in the North of the UK.
It is located just outside Kendal, it is nestled in the hills of the beautiful Lake District, close to major links from the M6 J36.
Camping is available on Saturday only. Along with your friends, we invite you to join us for an evening of music in the Slam Tent, where we book some of the most famous names in the dance music scene.
Or if you prefer to chill by your tent, we have a special family/quiet camping area.
On Sunday we welcome some of the finest selection of cars from the VW/Audi stable from up and down the UK and beyond, with a huge selection of extremely unique awards to be won on the day.
Sunday is the main show day with a huge selection of the best Air and Watercooled VW’s along with live bands for everyone to enjoy. It’s a great day out for everyone! Gates open at 10 am on Sunday.
Massive Show & Shine display showcasing hundreds of the most modified cars in the UK, explore numerous trade stands, and indulge in a feast at our expansive catering area. Club stands from all corners of the country will showcase their best cars, competing for prestigious awards like Best in Show, Best Aircooled, Best Watercooled, and many more!
But that’s not all – we’ve got trophies and prizes galore, including Best Interior, Best Engine, Best Wheels, and even awards for the Best Non-VAG vehicles.
